• Upload video content or share a video link for processing
• Contact us through our contact form or by email
• Submit revision requests or feedback on completed orders

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics on this site.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Fulfil your order and deliver completed video clips
• Send you transactional emails about your order status, payment, and delivery
• Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form
• Maintain internal records for accounting and order history

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Video files you upload or links you share are used exclusively to fulfil your order. Your content is never shared, published, or used for any purpose other than producing your requested clips. Input files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Amazon S3) and are deleted after your order is complete or upon your request.

We retain your order information for a reasonable period to handle disputes, provide support, and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data and any associated files at any time by emailing studio@japnify.com.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage (AWS S3), hashed access tokens, and HTTPS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services in the course of providing our service:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) — for secure file storage.
• Amazon SES — for transactional email delivery.

We do not share your personal data with these services beyond what is necessary to deliver your order.

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
